Our grass fed beef stir fry strips are thinly cut, perfect for flash frying in a wok over a high heat. These are the quintessential easy meal in minutes and make the perfect supper for midweek. These long thin stir strips coat beautifully in any thick sauce and absorb flavours brilliantly. When quick cooked these steak strips remain perfectly tender and are supremely flavourful.

Cooking notes: To cook your beef stir fry strips pre heat a wok over a very high heat and and once smoking hot add a little oil and then your beef strips. Ensure you are always stirring and tossing your stir fry so you achieve an even cook. Add your chosen vegetables to your wok, cook them down before adding your sauce and reduce to thicken. Finally you can add your noodles to the wok and serve topped with sesame seeds.

To cook your beef stir fry strips pre heat a wok over a very high heat and and once smoking hot add a little oil and then your beef strips. Ensure you are always stirring and tossing your stir fry so you achieve an even cook. Add your chosen vegetables to your wok, cook them down before adding your sauce and reduce to thicken. Finally you can add your noodles to the wok and serve topped with sesame seeds.
