Our grass fed beef mince with organ meat blended through it. Liver, heart and kidney are the most nutrient dense foods there are, packed with iron, B vitamins and vitamin A, and blending them into mince is far and away the easiest way to get them into a family's diet. The ratio is judged so the flavour stays firmly beef - it tastes richer and more savoury rather than obviously offaly. Use it exactly as you would any mince, in a bolognese, a chilli or a cottage pie.
