Chicken Wings

Our free range chicken wings are superb value and amazing on the barbecue. Marinate overnight for a flavour packed treat. Wings make a great finger food as well and are perfect for any dinner party. These slow grown chickens are free to roam and use their wings often and so have developed proper muscles and thick skin that make these so good for crispy chicken wings. The difference eating a proper chicken makes is well worth it for the perfect barbecue.

Cooking notes

If you wish to marinade your wings, place your chicken wings in a bowl and toss with your chosen marinade the night before and leave in the fridge overnight. Preheat your oven to 200°C and place your chicken wings on a rack on a baking tray. Add the wings to the oven and cook for 12 minutes before flipping them and cooking for a further 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
