Pre-cooked Beef Barbacoa

Slow cooked shredded beef with the smoke and spice of a proper barbacoa. Chipotle, cumin, garlic and lime, cooked into our grass fed beef under vacuum over many hours until it shreds under a fork. The long, low cook lets the spice work its way right through the meat rather than just sitting on the outside. Warm through, shred, and pile into tacos with onion, coriander and lime.
